McGard Standard (SU) Wheel Locks
McGard's best selling wheel locks with applications covering over 90% of vehicles. Please note that these will be bolts or nuts dependent on the vehicle application.
McGard nuts are hardened in a special manufacturing process. The obtained extreme hardness makes it impossible to open antitheft wheel locks with standard tools. The McGard antitheft lock nut's nickel/chrome coating assures corrosion resistance and therefore an aesthetic visual appeal over many years.
McGard bolts are manufactured in two parts. The advantage is that the head exhibits a considerably greater hardness than possible with single-part manufacture. The head's nickel/chrome coating assures corrosion resistance and will therefore retain an aesthetic visual appeal over many years. The shank of the bolt also has a special coating designed to OEM exacting standards and will further protect the threads against corrosion.
