Right product, right customer

We have developed our network of customer channels over many years and we believe that we have earned respect for the products and companies we represent. This has been evidenced to some degree by their growth in sales.

It is most important to us whilst establishing the connection between manufacturer and customer, that we introduce the right product to the right people and that the manufacturer can meet all of the demands of the retailers and customers in terms of service and support. We choose the companies and products we work with carefully and in the case of Jumbo and McGard we have represented them in the UK for almost 10 years. It is not just about the products, it is also about the professionalism, reliability and honesty of the people we work with. Nor for our part is the development just about sales - we also work hard to achieve the correct standards, packaging and other logistics most suitable for the UK market.

First Brands work hard on targeting key media publications, events, and news trends which will support products sales. Most often this is pro-active on our part and we regulary place key editorial in national motor publications such as Auto Express in support of developing more widespread knowledge and acceptance of our product lines.
